Terms & Conditions

When placing an order you agree to all of our terms and conditions set out in this document, and that you have also read and agree with the additional terms regarding Postage & Delivery

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL DESIGNS ARE LEGALLY OWNED AND THE COPYRIGHT OF THE OWNER AND PROPRIETOR OF THIS SITE and as such we will take legal action against anyone copying or using our designs without our permission.    Customers are allowed to paint and decorate and photograph our desigs as they wish once they have purchased them.  Anyone found to be copying our designs or reproducing our designs will be subject to legal action.

No use, copying of text or design is allowed and everything on this site is the legal property of the owners and proprietors. 

Craft Shape Dimensions and Styles

All of our shapes and designs are created to a very high standard and all of our advertised measurements are approximate and may vary slightly . We reserve the right to alter any item measurements and designs and this could result in a slight measurement variation

Processing of Orders

We aim to process all orders within a timescale of around 5 -7 working days.

During busy periods these timescales may increase, but we will notify you on our website if there are any delays with timescales.

Out of Stock / Discontinued Items

We reserve the right to temporarily remove any item for sale our website, and also to completely discontinue any item.

Personalised / Made to Order

Some shapes may be personalised or made to order, and therefore customers must please allow up to 10 working days (up to 15 working in peak periods) for the processing and despatching of these items.

Credit Card Security

As we use PayPal for our preferred payment method, when placing an order with us you do not use our server, all communications relating to payment information is handled by PayPal and their Secure Encrypted servers to ensure the payment information you provide is handled securely.

Guarantee and Returns

We offer a guarantee on all items supplied by us and we aim to make all of our customers happy. However there may be times when items arrive damaged due to delivery. Customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery to receive a replacement order of that item.

We will not be liable for the cost of postage for any returned items, however if a new item is shipped out as a replacement, we will cover this charge.

To process a return, please contact us by email ragarding your return.

Any missing items from your order must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of your parcel.  

YOUR RIGHTS UNDER DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS

If you buy goods under a distance contract you have the right to cancel your contract within a period of 14 days, beginning with the day after the day on which you receive the goods.

Goods must be returned to us in good condition but we cannot accept personalised items designed specifically for you.

A refund will be given once the goods are received intact and will not include the delivery charges,  you the customer is responsible for the cost of return.

In all instances where you wish to cancel your order within the 14 day period please contact us initially to discuss and we will do our utmost to assist.

Privacy Policy

You will need to provide us with some confidential information for your order to be processed, such as your name, address, email, phone number, payment card details. Your details will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, and will never be passed on to third parties.

Please note that we may contact you by phone or (more likely) by email in order to inform you of the progress of your order. We will also be in touch via occasional e-newsletters if you have subscribed to inform you of offers, promotions and the arrival of new shapes which we think may be of interest to you. You will always be given the option to unsubscribe from our newsletters should you wish to do so. You can also inform us of your wishes by getting in touch using the contact form available on the website.

In summary, we do not store or keep any of your card payment details. Your home or work address details are stored securely in our online systems but used solely for the purpose of dispatching your mail order at the specific point in time when your order is processed. Your phone number is stored in a similar way but is accessed only when we have an urgent query about your order, although we prefer contacting you electronically as a rule. Your email details will be stored and used on occasion to keep you informed of products and offers of interest. You may stop this type of communication at any point.

It is important to us that you feel that your private data is used in a respectful and trustworthy manner. As such your feedback is critical to us, and under no circumstances will we pass on any of your details to other businesses or users.
